Vice President, Public Programs

• Lead Pearl's strategy and execution to partner with public entities (states, municipalities, utilities) to integrate Pearl's home performance tools into public programs.
• Oversee business development, marketing, and partnership development to position Pearl as the leading provider of home performance services to the public sector.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, manage divisional budget, and ensure revenue goals are met.
• Develop partnerships with program implementers for IRA and other public programs, and establish strategic partnerships with federal agencies, state energy offices, and utilities.

This role accelerates the clean-energy transition by making home performance data visible and financially valuable, enabling smarter lending, fairer insurance, and higher resale value for efficient homes, ultimately reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainability.

• Minimum of 5 years in senior management with a track record of management excellence.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in public and/or utility sector/energy efficiency.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, communicate effectively, and develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience building and supporting high-performing remote teams; understanding of product-market fit.

• Salary range: $180,000 - $215,000 per year.
