Vice President, Product & Design

Core responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing product management and design organization, establishing operating rhythms for focus, accountability, and predictable delivery
• Define and own Aurora's product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligning company strategy, customer outcomes, and commercial priorities
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, measurable goals, and shipped products, balancing rapid delivery with platform investments
• Be the voice of the solar customer, championing customer insight in every decision and building feedback loops from real-world workflows

This role will play a defining role in shaping what Aurora builds next, who it serves, and how it wins in a rapidly evolving energy market, building category-defining products that accelerate clean energy adoption at scale.

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product and design teams at a senior level
• Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally in complex or regulated industries
• Comfort with platform-oriented products including APIs, integrations, and data-driven systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining and acting on product metrics
• Prior experience with executives, boards, customers, and partners with ability to influence cross-functionally

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay range: $295,000 - $320,000 USD
