Vice President, Product & Design

Core responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing product management and design organization, establishing operating rhythms for focus, accountability, and predictable delivery
• Define and own Aurora's product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligning company strategy, customer outcomes, and commercial priorities
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, measurable goals, and shipped products, balancing rapid delivery with platform investments
• Partner across the business with Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Partnerships to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and ecosystem integration

This role will shape category-defining products that accelerate clean energy adoption at scale, playing a defining role in what Aurora builds next and how it wins in the rapidly evolving energy market to support the world's transition to solar energy.

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product and design teams at a senior level
• Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally in complex or regulated industries
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining and acting on product metrics, with comfort in platform-oriented products including APIs and data-driven systems
• Executive presence with ability to influence cross-functionally and align stakeholders around shared strategy

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay range: CAD $305,000 - CAD $330,000
• Flexible PTO
• Parental Leave: 16 weeks with 100% base salary + gradual return to work
