Vice President of Technology

• Design and lead implementation of a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with the organization's mission and long-term goals.
• Champion innovation and AI adoption, piloting emerging technologies to enhance internal operations and client services.
• Oversee enterprise systems, data governance, cybersecurity, and IT operations, ensuring secure and scalable technology infrastructure.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives that modernize workflows, improve collaboration, and elevate client engagement.

This role enables Third Plateau to scale its impact by building the technology infrastructure that supports philanthropy, nonprofits, and communities in solving society's most complex challenges.

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in a senior role (Director, VP, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies that drive innovation and align with business goals.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
• Strong experience managing outsourced IT services or MSPs, including contract negotiation and vendor performance oversight.
