What you will drive

  • Lead and evolve the organization's fundraising function, setting and executing a comprehensive development strategy to fuel growth and build a diversified, sustainable revenue pipeline.
  • Personally steward and close top-tier donor relationships, managing a portfolio of major donors giving $25,000+ annually.
  • Build a diversified funding engine across individual, institutional, and corporate sources, and strengthen systems, team structure, and fundraising infrastructure.
  • Lead impact narration and communications to clearly articulate LGR's mission and funding needs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years in nonprofit fundraising, including leadership experience, preferably in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated success cultivating and closing six- and seven-figure gifts.
  • Experience managing and growing major donor portfolios and building or scaling a development function and high-performing team.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; deep commitment to educational equity and LGR's mission.

Benefits

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
