Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and own CSF's fundraising strategy, setting annual revenue targets and managing the full donor cycle from prospecting to stewardship.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of major donors, family offices, foundations, and corporate partners, focusing on six-figure gifts.
  • Draft compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and partnership briefs to translate policy work into investment cases.
  • Build and maintain fundraising infrastructure, track donor activity and pipeline, and report metrics to the President.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Five or more years of experience in development, fundraising (non-profit or startup), or external affairs with a track record of closing major gifts.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, private investors, family offices, or foundations, ideally with exposure to technology or venture world.
  • Strong writing skills with precision and persuasion.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
