What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and implement a clear, measurable, and impact-driven political strategy across target states and cities
- Direct strategic partnership and direct engagement approaches, tailoring tactics to local context and opportunity
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with partners, elected officials, and coalitions
- Develop and oversee learning and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of political programming and inform strategic adaptation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in advocacy or electoral strategy at the state or local level
- Proven success in designing and executing political strategies that deliver impact
- Strong familiarity with compliance rules for 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 527 organizations
- Experience leading and growing teams
- Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and work in partnership with diverse coalitions
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Strong evaluation, strategy, and program planning skills
- Passion for reproductive freedom, health equity, and justice
