What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a clear, measurable, and impact-driven political strategy across target states and cities
  • Direct strategic partnership and direct engagement approaches, tailoring tactics to local context and opportunity
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with partners, elected officials, and coalitions
  • Develop and oversee learning and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of political programming and inform strategic adaptation

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in advocacy or electoral strategy at the state or local level
  • Proven success in designing and executing political strategies that deliver impact
  • Strong familiarity with compliance rules for 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 527 organizations
  • Experience leading and growing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and work in partnership with diverse coalitions
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Strong evaluation, strategy, and program planning skills
  • Passion for reproductive freedom, health equity, and justice
