Vice President Investor Relations

• Lead the company's engagement with the investment community and develop a comprehensive strategy to effectively communicate the organization's financial performance, strategic priorities, and long-term vision.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of earnings calls, investor presentations, annual reports, and other disclosures, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide market insights, analyze investor sentiment, and shape external messaging that enhances shareholder confidence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, serving as a trusted representative of the company in the global capital markets.

This role strengthens Lime's position in capital markets and helps communicate its mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free, supporting the transition to clean alternatives to car ownership.

• Proven experience leading investor relations in a public company or pre-IPO environment, with strong relationships across the investment community.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation drivers, with the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; confident in representing the company with credibility and clarity to investors, analysts, and executives.
• Strong strategic thinker who combines analytical rigor with sound business judgment to influence decisions and shape external narratives.
