Core responsibilities:
- Lead the Australian growth strategy and drive long-term value across portfolios of residential solar clients
- Win, retain, and expand residential client portfolios with selective commercial opportunities
- Lead a high-performing team across Business Development, Sales, and Marketing while remaining hands-on in complex deal strategy and execution
- Shape market-leading solutions through collaboration with Product, Finance, and Operations teams

- Senior background in Business Development, Sales or related discipline
- Proven experience growing and retaining portfolios of B2B clients
- Strong capability in deal structuring, negotiation, and closing with solutions-based sales mindset
