Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the development and implementation of ERT's strategic and business plans to ensure financial stability and mission alignment.
- Develop policy and technical positions for high-integrity carbon markets, engaging with governments and stakeholders to shape rules.
- Monitor policy developments and technological advancements to drive innovation and growth of ACR and ART crediting programs.
- Serve as a spokesperson and thought leader, representing ERT in policy forums and building partnerships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 14+ years of senior management experience in climate policy and carbon markets (nonprofit, government, or private sector).
- Deep technical expertise in climate change science, GHG accounting, and carbon markets (UNFCCC, CORSIA, ICVCM, etc.).
- Proven ability to navigate complex geopolitical and multi-stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.
