Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of American Forests' corporate fundraising program, setting and driving ambitious revenue goals.
- Build and steward a high-value portfolio of 50–70 corporate partners, focusing on seven-figure and transformational gift opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of three, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align corporate partnerships with organizational priorities and ensure seamless partner experiences.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive fundraising experience, with at least 5 years in corporate partnerships or major gifts.
- Demonstrated success closing seven-figure corporate gifts and managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing fundraising teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with ability to engage C-suite executives and board members.

Full-time, salaried exempt position. Budgeted salary range: $155,000–$170,000.
