Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the Training Operations team, managing two direct reports and ensuring seamless, equitable training experiences for participants from registration through completion
  • Manage training operations logistics and client experience, including registration systems, participant communications, and data-driven strategy for training operations
  • Oversee training operations technology, including the training management system (Arlo), vendor relationships, and integration with other systems like Salesforce and WordPress
  • Manage overall client contract process for TMC services and products, ensuring consistent contracting practices across the organization
