Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

• Lead implementation of multi-year operational strategies aligned with Digital Promise's Impact Goals.
• Oversee financial sustainability, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Champion people & culture initiatives to advance employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Guide enterprise-wide technology, product, and data strategy to support mission-aligned, secure, and user-centered systems.

This role ensures that Digital Promise's operations, finances, and technology are aligned to support educational equity, enabling historically excluded learners to access powerful learning experiences and pathways to economic mobility.

• Minimum 15 years of senior executive operational and financial leadership experience.
• Success leading complex, high-growth, mission-driven organizations.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, and change management skills.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and coaching-oriented leadership style.

Salary range: $295,000–$305,000. Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, employer-sponsored 401(k), paid time off, and paid parental leave.
