What you will drive

  • Build, lead and scale the Asset Management team to support a growing portfolio
  • Develop Encore's long-term system architecture for asset data integration, monitoring, analytics and visualization
  • Maximize the long-term value, performance and reliability of the company's operating renewable energy portfolio
  • Partner with Financial Asset Management on project operating budgets and forecasts

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 15+ years in the renewable energy industry
  • 10+ years of direct experience in a commercial power generation asset management role
  • Prior leadership experience, managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong technical understanding of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage systems
