Vice President, Asset Management

• Build, lead and scale the Asset Management team to support a growing portfolio
• Develop Encore's long-term system architecture for asset data integration, monitoring, analytics and visualization
• Maximize the long-term value, performance and reliability of the company's operating renewable energy portfolio
• Partner with Financial Asset Management on project operating budgets and forecasts

This role is critical to enhancing asset value, ensuring investor confidence, and feeding operational lessons back into project design and development, contributing to building the clean energy economy of the future in a responsible manner.

• 15+ years in the renewable energy industry
• 10+ years of direct experience in a commercial power generation asset management role
• Prior leadership experience, managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong technical understanding of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage systems
