Venture Development - Intern

Core responsibilities:

• Identify and validate new opportunities including business cases, establishing partnerships, or doing sales validation
• Shape vision and strategy with founders
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
• Build your network and grow your expertise
• Test ideas and learn from mistakes
• Have own responsibility and accountability

This role helps accelerate the circularity of products we already use, enabling the world to save up to 14 Gt of CO2 by 2030 by making repair services easy, accessible, and attractive for everyone.

Required skills and qualifications:

• First practical experience in startup, strategy consulting, or own projects
• Business or similar studies in senior Bachelor or early Master semester
• Experience in creating pitch decks, doing research, and analyzing data
• Pragmatic, curious, friendly, and organized personality
• Fluency in English required; German and French are pluses
