UX/UI Designer Project Volunteer

• Design an engaging UI/UX experience for a new feature in the Earth Hero mobile app (a new user engagement module) that makes it easier for people to act on climate change.
• Mock up the design in Figma, making it easier to solicit team feedback and to help the development team implement.
• Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure a successful project.
• Create within general brand and design principles.

This role helps people discover personalized, positive steps to care for our shared planet, improve lives, and build a better future by designing features that make it easier for people to act on climate change.

• 2+ years of experience crafting UI for mobile apps, web apps, or websites using Figma.
• Deep understanding of design principles and systems.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a great attention to detail.
• High level of self-motivation, work well independently, have good collaboration skills, enjoy partnering with like-minded individuals, and can commit quality time per week.
