UX/UI Designer

• Distill complex systems and conceptual ideas into digital solutions for electric aviation products
• Work closely with the product development team to build internal and customer-facing digital solutions
• Take direction and feedback from stakeholders while knowing when to challenge respectfully
• Contribute to requirements build-out and maintain components within the design system

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field with demonstrable design skills and strong portfolio
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, experience building workflows for digital products
• Strong eye for visual composition, brand language, and understanding of design theory and production processes
• 5+ years in professional UX, UI, or graphic design (preferred, with working knowledge of React and TailwindCSS as bonus)
