Mission

What you will drive

  • Oversee and manage delivery of solar EPC projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with health, safety, contract, quality, and legal requirements.
  • Manage budget, expenses, revenue, margin, and schedule for multiple simultaneous projects; track P&L and forecast accurately.
  • Implement health and safety programs, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and permits.
  • Support internal teams on project pricing, technical design, permitting, and diligence; report progress to stakeholders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline required.
  • 7+ years progressive experience in construction/development as Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar.
  • Experience with utility-scale photovoltaic systems >5 MW (preferably >25 MW) required.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, specifications, codes, and construction means and methods; experience with subcontracting electrical work.
