Mission
What you will drive
- Own utility partner relationships across active Forest Resilience Bonds, serving as primary point of contact and tracking engagement activity and contribution pipelines.
- Lead engagement with emerging utility partners to unlock contributions and develop collateral articulating Blue Forest's benefits to utility and corporate decision-makers.
- Support frontier benefits business development with emphasis on carbon markets, including developing programmatic material and executing carbon contribution projects with utilities.
- Build internal systems for managing utility partner relationships and corporate engagement infrastructure, including tracking, reporting, and process development.

This role accelerates ecological restoration by deepening utility and corporate contributions to Forest Resilience Bonds, which deploy private capital to finance forest restoration projects that reduce catastrophic wildfire risk and build climate resilience for ecosystems and communities.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with experience in partnership development, business development, or related fields.
- Experience working with utilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple external partner relationships simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize technical, market, or policy concepts for utility and corporate audiences.
