Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as TU's representative in Utah and the Great Basin, leading conservation, policy, fundraising, communications, and organizational development.
- Set strategic direction and goals for conservation, oversee a team of 10 staff, and manage program budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with elected officials, agencies, donors, partners, and volunteers to advance conservation outcomes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years leading an interdisciplinary and dispersed team in conservation or non-profit, or similar experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in conservation-related field a plus.
- Proven ability to build coalitions, engage policymakers, fundraise, and manage budgets.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with aquatic conservation and water policy.
