User Interface Engineer

• Analyze, build, and test responsive, accessible web interfaces for TrekBikes.com using Vue and TypeScript.
• Translate UX/UI designs from Figma into frontend components and contribute to Trek's internal design system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, and software delivery to deliver the best user experience.

By building intuitive and accessible web interfaces, this role helps more people discover and purchase bikes, promoting cycling as a sustainable mode of transportation and improving personal health and environmental outcomes.

• 2–5 years of professional frontend development experience with a JavaScript framework (Vue, React, or Angular); strong preference for Vue.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Git, and building stateful web applications.
• Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) as part of daily workflow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, coding bootcamp certification, or equivalent experience.
