U.S. Program Manager

• Support U.S.-based program implementation partners through consistent check-ins, customized resources, and feedback loops.
• Set and iterate on U.S. partner strategy in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate grant deliverables and support proposals for program expansion.
• Collaborate with marketing to amplify partner success stories and support educator training and global chapter initiatives.

This role directly supports the network of partners delivering Technovation's technology entrepreneurship program to young people across the U.S., helping to equip the next generation with AI and tech problem-solving skills and increasing access to STEM education.

• 3+ years experience managing relationships with schools, nonprofits, or program partners in education or youth-serving contexts.
• Comfortable using data to inform decisions and track partner progress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage recurring operational work and coordinate across teams.
