What you will drive
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our investment team. In this role, you will assist with client reporting, portfolio analytics, and investment processes, providing crucial support to portfolio managers and senior team members.
Responsibilities
- Generate customized client/investor reporting for both internal and external distribution and assist senior team members in responding to specific client requests.
- Perform portfolio analytics and assist portfolio managers with ongoing allocation and portfolio rebalancing.
- Participate in investment committee meetings, quarterly portfolio reviews, and credit discussions, tracking investment decisions made by portfolio managers.
- Assist portfolio managers by creating screens for investment opportunities to help facilitate trades and collaborate with sector analysts on underwriting and amendment processes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of investment banking, capital markets, research, sales and trading, or buy-side experience (areas include Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, Restructuring or M&A are a plus).
- Bachelorโs degree with strong academic record; MBA/MS is a plus.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with high proficiencies in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rigorous work environment, demonstrating initiative, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive, positive attitude.
