What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of US frontier AI policy strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Navigate and shape discussions across DC and state landscapes on AI governance and policies for supporting adoption of frontier AI
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key government stakeholders and the technical policy community
- Deliver multi-channel policy campaigns and build coalitions on important issues such as AI for Science

Required skills and experience:
- Experience working within or closely with US government, preferably in technology policy, national security, science or related roles
- Deep understanding of the frontier AI landscape, including technical nuances of language models, agents, and socio-technical challenges
- Proven track record of leading high-impact policy design and advocacy, ideally within the technology sector
- Strong grasp of technology policy with ability to quickly master complex technical and governance issues related to AI
