What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Execute fellow and host organization contracts, ensuring all parties are aligned and administrative requirements are met
- Provide comprehensive logistics support to fellows, including travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and materials coordination
- Coordinate all logistics for cause-area training programs, including securing venues, preparing materials, arranging catering, and liaising with speakers
- Maintain organized project management systems in Asana to support the Project Manager and keep operations running efficiently

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or administrative support (or equivalent transferable experience)
- Demonstrated ability to manage logistics for events, programs, or training initiatives
- Experience with project management tools (Asana experience preferred, but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Interest in or knowledge of US food system issues strongly preferred
