About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning and Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality learning and development programs that meet the needs of our staff and volunteers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver learning and development programs that meet the needs of our staff and volunteers
- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning and development needs
- Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive and effective
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that learning and development programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to access learning and development resources and expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, training and development, adult education)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a learning and development role
- Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality learning and development programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
