About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning and Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality learning and development programs that meet the needs of our staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning and development programs that meet the needs of our staff and volunteers
• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning and development needs
• Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive and effective
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that learning and development programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to access learning and development resources and expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, training and development, adult education)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a learning and development role
• Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality learning and development programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
