UNPAID VOLUNTEER - Senior Learning and Development Officer (SLO)

• Assist with curating and/or creating Capacity Building material for the Institute
• Create Learning and Training opportunities for volunteers
• Deliver training initiatives to fulfil identified training needs within the Institute
• Provide regular administrative support for learning and development functions
• Assist in coordinating BCI learning and training sessions

This role helps advance the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change by building capacity and developing volunteers who can support BCI's mission to help governments, organizations, and corporations make informed decisions about emerging technologies for environmental good.

• Strong interest in topics central to BCI, such as climate change, climate finance and blockchain technology
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar role
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication skills
