Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Quantum Computing technology strategy and roadmap for BCI's projects and initiatives
- Build, lead and manage the Quantum Computing technology team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Research and identify Quantum Computing best practices and potential for real world use-cases and applications
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and solutions using Quantum Computing and associated tooling

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Quantum Computing or related field
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong technical skills and experience in Quantum Computing, proficient in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools for data analysis
- Experience in developing and deploying applications using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Passionate and knowledgeable about climate and sustainability issues and solutions
