UNPAID VOLUNTEER - Learning Designer / Learning Technologist

• Support the identification of learning and training needs across the Institute
• Assist with curating and/or creating learning and training opportunities for volunteers
• Assist in the design and creation of modules for the Internal Learning Hub
• Deliver training initiatives to fulfil identified training needs within the skills and competencies framework

This role helps governments, organizations, and corporations navigate emerging technologies for environmental good by building capacity through learning and development initiatives.

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills with ability to build professional relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
• Strong interest in climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology
• Thorough grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design models
