UNPAID VOLUNTEER - Head of Recruitment/ Human Capital Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment at BCI
• Improve the recruitment function at BCI
• Liaise with BCI head of divisions and members regarding Human Capital/Recruitment policies
• Manage the application of GDPR compliance
• Oversee (part of) the recruitment team and BCI HR Operations

This role helps advance the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change by building the human capital needed for an expert platform that helps governments, organizations, and corporations make informed decisions about emerging technologies for environmental good.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven ability in human resource management
• Experience in building constructive relationships with stakeholders
• Experience working independently and with teams to drive forward projects using one's own initiative
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to develop effective working relationships
• Excellent English writing skills
• Close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software
