About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Deputy CTO to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy, aligning with our overall business objectives
• Drive innovation and digital transformation across the organization
• Oversee the development and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, including cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Mentor and develop the skills of our technology team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role
• Proven track record of driving technology innovation and digital transformation
• Strong technical skills, including cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
