Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a nimble, month-by-month content calendar aligned with campaign moments, program milestones, and mission-relevant observances
- Manage external creative partners, draft and schedule 2–5 posts per platform per week, write engaging captions, and ensure brand voice consistency
- Monitor audience responses, mentions, and direct messages across platforms and coordinate timely responses
- Track performance across platforms, deliver monthly engagement summaries, and provide optimization recommendations

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in nonprofit or mission-driven organisations
- Strong content creation skills including copywriting, basic design, and curation
- Experience managing brand voice across multiple platforms and familiarity with Canva Pro, Publer, and analytics dashboards
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams
