UK Account Manager, Climate

Core responsibilities:

• Support the development of communications strategies and integrated programme plans, lead brainstorms, and contribute creative ideas to elevate client campaigns.
• Manage project timelines and workflows, coordinate with PR, digital marketing, creative, web, and marketing automation teams, and monitor budgets to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact on day-to-day client matters, lead status calls and planning discussions, and ensure accurate maintenance of client dashboards and reports.
• Develop and execute media strategies, conduct media outreach, build relationships with key journalists, and draft/edit content including press releases, bylines, and digital materials.

This role creates positive change by working with clients tackling the world's most pressing climate and sustainability challenges, helping innovative, impact-driven companies amplify their vision and inspire action through integrated marketing and communications.

Required skills and experience:

• 3-5 years' experience in public relations, communications or integrated marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
• Experience working with B2B mobility, climate, energy, sustainability, or technology clients.
• Strong interest in smart mobility, clean energy, climate technologies, environmental innovation, or related sectors.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate client objectives into communications programmes.
