Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate all logistics for STEM Saturdays, STEMFests, Mathletes, school-based activities, and related programming including scheduling, venue set-up/breakdown, materials prep, and equipment needs
  • Lead student recruitment efforts across the Twin Cities region and build/maintain positive relationships with schools, principals, teachers, counselors, and youth-serving organizations
  • Manage coordination of buses and transportation logistics for school and community groups attending events
  • Collect accurate attendance data, demographic information, and administer surveys to track outcomes and inform program improvement

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1–2 years of experience in youth programming, community engagement, school partnerships, or program coordination
  • Strong organizational and logistical planning skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
  • Experience working directly with youth and school administrators with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (education, STEM fields, youth development, or related area)

The salary range for this position is $65,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week for this exempt position.
