Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support participant management processes for the Shaping Futures Academy 2026, including answering visa-related questions, accommodation organization, travel bookings, and insurance matters
- Assist in organizing and conducting a digital module of the Shaping Futures Academy in April 2026
- Support planning and implementation of upcoming Academy events from May to July 2026 in Bonn, Berlin, and Brussels, including venue search, catering, and communication with external providers
- Assist in project administration and organization, including research on various topics of international cooperation
- Contribute to creating teaching materials, evaluations, Excel analyses, and other documents, including layout and formatting

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's student from any field, preferably with interest or experience in event management
- Interest in international relations
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken), French knowledge is advantageous
- IT skills: Proficiency with MS Office package, experience with e-conference tools, e-learning platforms, and collaboration tools is desirable
- Social competence and intercultural sensitivity, organizational talent, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
