Trusts and Foundations Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Manage key funder relationships and build strong connections with grant funders and colleagues
• Submit compelling grant applications and develop end-of-grant reports
• Gather inspiring real-life stories from the network of Home-Start charities
• Raise funds for work with parents and children across the UK through trust and foundation fundraising

This role raises funds that support projects across the Home-Start movement, including groups for army families, volunteer perinatal mental health training, and initiatives to increase volunteer numbers, ultimately helping parents overcome challenges and build on their strengths.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong writing skills
• Experience in trust and grant fundraising (looking to take next step in this field)
• Ability to build strong relationships with funders and colleagues
• Highly motivated and results-focused fundraiser
