Mission
What you will drive
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for beneficiaries seeking educational support through the Greenwich Hospital GoLearn tutoring program and NCC University Bursary Programme.
- Complete initial assessments of eligibility and further assessments through telephone calls and emails to provide recommendations for tutoring/bursary support.
- Accurately record beneficiary information into Beacon database, ensuring timely, detailed, and confidential case notes while tracking applications and progress.
- Follow up with beneficiaries once support has been completed to ascertain impact and provide appropriate information, signposting, or referrals.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Professional background in education with an understanding of additional needs
- Evidenced knowledge and experience of charitable and financial support to beneficiary groups
- Strong communication, organizational and record keeping skills with ability to work unsupervised
- Confident using IT including Microsoft Office; knowledge of grants or other CRM systems
- Understanding of military life and the impact on serving personnel, veterans and their families
