Travel Manager

• Administer and manage Crusoe's corporate travel platform, including system configuration, user support, approval workflows, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing, and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and urgent travel needs
• Manage relationships with travel vendors and key vendors to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing

This role supports Crusoe's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence by optimizing global travel operations, enabling the company to scale responsibly and maintain efficient, sustainable cloud infrastructure for AI innovation.

• 5+ years of experience managing or administering a corporate travel program
• Direct experience working within a corporate travel platform (e.g., Navan, Concur, TravelPerk, etc.)
• Experience enforcing travel policies and confidently addressing out-of-policy bookings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing high-volume bookings and reporting
