Transformation Director

As Transformation Director, you will lead Instiglio's organization-wide transformation agenda to strengthen systems, operating models, and change capabilities for global impact scaling.

• Lead organization-wide transformation and change management end-to-end, diagnosing challenges, designing solutions, and ensuring adoption aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive AI integration and digital transformation by designing, piloting, and scaling AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making, productivity, and service delivery.
• Strengthen impact management systems in partnership with the CIO to improve organizational performance measurement, learning, and results.
• Lead the evolution of Instiglio's internal operating model, redesigning workflows, governance rhythms, and collaboration structures as the organization scales.

This role creates positive change by strengthening the systems, operating models, and change capabilities that enable Instiglio to scale its impact globally, helping public institutions perform better for their people through transformation and AI integration.

An ideal candidate will have:

• At least 10 years of experience in organizational transformation, AI/technology implementation, systems-building in high-growth environments, management consulting, public sector reform, or international development.
• Professional working proficiency in English (C1), with working proficiency in French and/or Spanish as an added advantage.
• Strong builder mindset, exceptional project management skills, hands-on operational ability, structured thinking, high emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural fluency.
• Thrives as a resourceful doer, calm under pressure, collaborative, influence-oriented, and deeply aligned with Instiglio's mission and public-sector transformation commitment.
