Transformation Director

As Transformation Director, you will lead Instiglio's organization-wide transformation agenda to strengthen systems, operating models, and change capabilities for scaling impact globally.

• Lead organization-wide transformation and change management, owning the program end-to-end, diagnosing challenges, designing solutions, and ensuring successful adoption.
• Drive AI integration and digital transformation, leading the design, pilot, and scale of AI-enabled tools, and ensuring ethical and effective AI adoption across the organization.
• Strengthen impact management systems in partnership with the CIO, designing frameworks and processes to measure organizational performance, learning, and results.
• Lead the evolution of Instiglio's internal operating model, redesigning workflows, governance rhythms, and collaboration structures, and embedding AI and digital tools for efficiency.

This role creates positive change by strengthening the systems and capabilities that enable Instiglio to scale its impact globally, helping public institutions perform better for their people through transformation and innovation.

An ideal candidate will have:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in organizational transformation, AI or technology implementation, systems-building in high-growth environments, management consulting, public sector reform, or international development.
• Professional working proficiency in English (C1), with working proficiency in French and/or Spanish as an added advantage.
• Strong builder mindset, exceptional project management skills, hands-on operator ability, structured thinking, high emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural fluency.
• Thrives as a resourceful, sleeves-rolled-up doer; calm and effective under pressure; collaborative and influence-oriented; values purpose over spotlight.
