What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide overall planning and execution of training programs within the Training & Capacity Strengthening team, including GTH-B training program, to ensure efficient program implementation
- Handle training program planning administration, including budget justification, proposal preparation, legal documentation support, and communication with Finance
- Manage training program financial administration, maintaining budgets, preparing financial reports, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance
- Provide logistical support for training programs, including procurement, meeting arrangements, coordination of funds disbursement, and report preparation

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in science, education, public health, administration, finance, accounting, or business-related field
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR Master's degree with 0+ years of experience in related fields (education, administration, finance, accounting, planning, public health, or project management)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Hancom Office, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English and ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professional presence with senior external contacts
