Training Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Own program execution end-to-end, translating training vision into operational reality with clear timelines, defined roles, documented workflows, reliable handoffs, and predictable execution
• Build and maintain systems that allow CTTC's trainings to run without heroics, including trainer management, Zoom moderation workflows, local organizer coordination, virtual assistant supervision, and documentation
• Lead through delegation rather than personal execution, managing remote support staff with clear expectations, accountability, and follow-through
• Diagnose patterns and plan for scale by tracking operational signals, analyzing breakdowns, and redesigning systems to prevent future issues

This role ensures that CTTC's training environments are stable, intentional, and well-run, creating systems that support learning and growth so practitioners can focus on trauma-informed care without compensating for structural deficiencies.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of multi-phase or multi-cohort programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
• Proven ability to design or rebuild operational systems rather than just maintaining existing processes
• Experience making decisions with incomplete information and holding accountability for outcomes
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation skills with program or administrative support staff, including setting clear expectations and tracking follow-through
• Strong self-direction, disciplined organization, and ability to lead people and manage complexity in a fully remote environment
• Comfort with real-time decision-making, people leadership, and systems design

Employment Type: Full-time, exempt. Location: Remote (U.S.-based). Schedule: Standard Monday-Friday core hours with operational support required for trainings and events during evenings and weekends.
