Training Compliance Lead | Team Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the training compliance framework in alignment with FAA, AS9100/AS9110, OSHA, customer, and internal quality requirements
• Interpret regulatory, contractual, and quality standards and translate them into enforceable training requirements, controls, and acceptance criteria
• Vet and approve training programs, curricula, and qualification schemes to ensure compliance before deployment
• Ensure proper version control, approval workflows, and change management for training materials

This role ensures that training programs meet rigorous compliance standards, directly supporting airworthiness, safety, and operational readiness in electric aviation, contributing to the revolution of sustainable transportation.

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or learning and development within a technical or manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Strong understanding of training program lifecycle management, from needs analysis through design, delivery, and evaluation
• Experience developing or managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
