Training & Community Development Co-ordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support online and in-person training sessions across the UK
• Co-facilitate training for healthcare professionals and community organizations
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with grassroots partners
• Centre co-production and lived experience in training design
• Help ensure learning from communities informs wider movement-building and systems change work

Required skills and experience:

• Experience delivering training
• Strong facilitation skills
• Commitment to anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practice
• Highly organized and collaborative
