The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy’s North America Hub and lead LMS administration and training data operations that support Manufacturing, HSE, Quality, and HR. You’ll manage our learning systems, ensure clean and accurate data, create clear insights, and partner across functions to strengthen training effectiveness and compliance. This role is ideal for a detail‑driven, systems‑savvy professional who enjoys optimizing processes and enabling a strong learning culture.
Location: Ideally based near one of the North America Factories (Jefferson City, MO; Raleigh, NC; South Boston, VA), Remote with Travel.
How you’ll make an impact
Maintain accurate training records and data integrity.
Build dashboards and analyze trends to support decisions.
Serve as primary LMS administrator for the Hub.
Partner across teams to align training needs.
Improve tracking processes and workflow efficiency.
Monitor compliance and deliver timely reports.
Support training materials, scheduling, and events.
Use tools (Excel, SQL, Power Platform) to elevate reporting.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your back-ground
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field.
3+ years in Training & Development, data analysis, or LMS operations.
Strong data skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power Platform.
Hands-on LMS experience; Cornerstone OnDemand preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
