Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate 30-40 online webinars, 5-10 online community meetings, and 5-10 in-person training events annually, handling all logistics, outreach, registrations, and follow-ups
  • Serve on the communications team by managing LAAC's websites, including a statewide job board and online directories, and implementing outreach for a new job-matching portal
  • Develop and maintain workflows, document procedures, track attendee records for Continuing Legal Education, and assist with related grant activities
  • Actively participate in LAAC's internal committees, meetings, and organizational equity work to support the mission

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field with at least two years of experience
  • Project management and/or event coordination experience
  • Ability to write/edit well and produce quality publications
  • Expertise in Word, Excel, Google applications, and online databases
  • Experience in template-based web pages
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively on a team
