Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities include:

  • Support a team of professionals to deliver traffic analysis, forecasting, safety studies, traffic simulation, conceptual planning/design, plan sheets, specifications & estimates, technical memoranda, reports, presentations, and other project documentation
  • Serve in various roles on traffic/ITS projects, actively participating in the team's production of technical deliverables and working with Early in Career staff to review technical work
  • Deliver assigned tasks on schedule and budget while adhering to quality standards, coordinating with other discipline groups, external clients, and sub-consultants
  • Perform work independently with little supervision, completing primary design elements for engineering works and coordinating with Business Development leaders to capture project opportunities

Required qualifications:

  • Experience in traffic analysis, forecasting, safety studies, traffic simulation, and conceptual planning/design
  • Ability to support remote operations and growth in specified states (Wisconsin, Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, Ohio, New Mexico, Idaho)
  • Proficiency in producing technical deliverables including plans, specifications, estimates, reports, and memorandums
  • Experience with ITS or emerging technology projects following the systems engineering process
