Trading Engineer

• Build, maintain and improve trading APIs that surface realtime and historical price data across Solana venues in formats familiar to traders
• Build tools pertaining to transaction execution pipelines and transaction landing
• Build and maintain proactive monitoring tools for transaction landing rates, shred delays, rpc errors and trader health
• Support infrastructure operations including co-located nodes, data warehouses and analytics for network and venue behavior monitoring

This role helps onboard professional traders from other crypto ecosystems and traditional finance onto Solana, making it the best venue for trading and increasing adoption of a high-performance blockchain that enables individuals to own their data and transfer information and value freely.

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role involving trading systems, market infrastructure, or protocol engineering
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, latency optimization, and execution quality in either crypto or traditional markets
• Familiarity with data APIs, real-time feeds and streaming protocols like gRPC and websockets
• Experience building ETL pipelines and realtime data feeds with high levels of accuracy and uptime
