Trade Compliance Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Support daily trade compliance operations in collaboration with external brokers, service providers and internal stakeholders
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliant import and export processes
• Analyze product data to evaluate and support customs and regulatory reporting requirements
• Interpret and apply the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and other applicable tariff schedules, duties and partner government agency requirements

This role helps ensure Trek's global supply chain operates in compliance with trade regulations, supporting the company's mission to get more people on bikes and change the world through cycling.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in U.S. trade/customs compliance in a corporate setting
• U.S. Customs broker license required
• Experience in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system
• Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
