Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Plan and execute tour stops in different parts of the country, in close consultation with the project manager. As a tour coach, you are responsible for your tour stops.
- Supervise and motivate the volunteers who participate during tour stops.
- Recruit members for the organization and coach volunteers in membership recruitment.
- Coach volunteers in talking about Djurens Rätt's issues and the campaigns prioritized during the period.
- Report, handle administration, and evaluate completed tour stops.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- You have a B driver's license and very good driving experience. In the role, you drive a van to transport equipment and volunteers to and from tour stops.
- You are comfortable with regular business travel and overnight stays in other locations. Most tour stops are scheduled on weekends.
- You are prepared for physically demanding work, e.g., during packing for tour stops.
- You thrive in a role with responsibility to engage and motivate others.
- You are social and enjoy conversing with different types of people; in the role, you will have a lot of contact with people.
- You have experience coordinating projects.
- You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- You share the organization's animal rights values. In the workplace, we all eat vegan.
