Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Plan and execute tour stops in different parts of the country in close consultation with the project manager, serving as the site manager for your tour stops.
- Supervise and inspire volunteers participating in the tour stops.
- Recruit members for the organization and coach volunteers in membership recruitment.
- Coach volunteers in discussing Djurens Rätt's issues and the prioritized campaigns during the period.
- Report, handle administration, and evaluate completed tour stops.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Valid B driver's license and excellent driving skills (driving a van to transport equipment and volunteers).
- Comfortable with regular business trips and overnight stays away from home, with most tour stops on weekends.
- Prepared for physically demanding work, such as packing for tour stops.
- Thrives in a role with responsibility for engaging and motivating others.
- Social and enjoys conversing with different types of people, with extensive public contact in the role.
- Experience coordinating projects.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Shares the organization's animal rights values (workplace is vegan).
