Third Party Analytics Sr Specialist

• Provide forward-thinking analytics insights for Third Party Management across internal customer segments, educating stakeholders and overseeing change management.
• Lead multiple analytics engagements from ideation to execution, addressing business challenges and setting overall analytics direction.
• Oversee data governance, data manipulation, and data analysis; identify data enhancements and process improvements.
• Serve as system administrator for key Third Party Management systems and tools.

This role supports the Third Party Management division by providing data-driven insights that optimize vendor relationships and risk management, indirectly contributing to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization, which in turn enables sustainable business practices and community support.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
• Seven+ years of experience with advanced analytics.
• Extensive experience with business intelligence tools (SAS, SPSS, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, etc.).
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate findings to all levels, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Total Base Pay Range: $96,500 - $207,500 USD Annual. Comprehensive benefits including physical, financial, emotional, and social well-being programs. Eligible for incentive compensation.
