What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Undertake practical fieldwork project focused on human rights or rule of law for minimum 3 months
  • Complete full-time work on chosen project to affect positive, practical change
  • Write and submit a short report on the project for publication
  • Present findings at Bard College campus at end of fellowship

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Lawyer or law student early in their career
  • Ability to submit a detailed project proposal (1250 words maximum)
  • Must provide CV and 2 references
  • Available to begin fellowship activities no sooner than July 1, 2026
